The legal basis of our data handling policy is the directives of the Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-determination and Freedom of Information as well as the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679.

Based on these sources of Law, the Business Coach Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Service Provider) confidentially handles the personal data provided by the Client, in accordance with the voluntary, specific, actively affirmative agreement of the Client, which is based on prior information.

Service Provider considers the Client’s registration for training, subscription for newsletter, or any other form of registration through filling out tests as an approval from the Client of the handling of his/her personal data by the Service Provider as data controller. Subscription to advertisements made through direct marketing is ensured by separate approval.

What data do we handle?

In connection with the registration for trainings we handle the following personal data: name, name at birth, place and date of birth, mother’s name, nationality, address, place of stay, occupation, position, workplace, status on labor market, highest degree of education, data of cost-bearer, billing data, email, private email, mobile phone number.

The purpose of data handling is to provide adequate administration, to prepare and keep record of registration based contracts, to ease the use of services, and to initiate contact.

In order to provide best quality service we use cookies on our website. By visiting our website the user accepts their use. This technology is not suitable for identification of visitors, only for recognizing the computer of the user in order to provide more enjoyable and personalized internet experience. The visitor can also define in the settings of his/her browser weather he/she accepts or rejects the use of cookies. Most web browsers accept cookies by default, but the user can set the rejection of the use of cookies in the browser. 

For how long do we handle personal data?

Personal data are handled from the time of giving the approval (by accepting the data handling regulations) until the withdrawal of the approval. The Client can unsubscribe any time from the newsletters and direct marketing materials – this possibility can be found in a clear visible way at the very end of the letters.

What are the rights and legal remedies of the Client?

The Client affected by data handling can ask for information any time about the handling of his/her data, about the data controller person, the controller’s contact information, as well as the availability of the authority responsible for legal remedies. At any time the Client can ask free of charge for the modification, correction or deletion of the previously provided data, as well as for the limitation of handling his/her data. The affected person has the right to receive the personal data referring to him/her, provided for him/her in a tabulated, widely used, computer readable format. Furthermore he/she has the right to forward these data to another data controller.

The Data Controller reserves the right for the unilateral modification of the present Data Handling Regulations, with the condition of adequate publication of the modified regulations.
