The Journey from Fears to Courage

Our fears determine our lives. When worries and uncertainty prevail over us, we tend to make decisions that we regret later. As a result of this we feel frustrated and frightened again. Getting into the vicious circle of fears and operate from that space is very easy. However, this can be changed!

During the training, participants will be given the opportunity to name and understand their fears. They will discover their own archetypes of fear, and habits which can help them become brave.

The aim of the training is to support the participants to reach the space where they can consciously manage their fears and build courage instead of operating from instinctive reactions driven by their fears.
