In 2021, the world’s largest coaching organization, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) officially accredited the SPARKLE Coaching Training Program as an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP). Our accredited SPARKLE training program complies with all ICF requirements.
The course is based on the SPARKLE coaching model, which describes the seven stages of a coaching process:

Course description
Our ACTP accredited program is an “all inclusive” training program, which offers start-to-finish coach training. Student contact hours, Mentor Coaching and a performance evaluation process are included in the program.
Graduates of the program may apply for an individual ICF Credential (ACC or PCC) via the ACTP credential application path.
The course consists of 30% theory and 70% practice. Practical exercises will be delivered in pairs, small teams or triads (coach-coachee-observer), and include the opportunity to observe live coaching sessions with real clients in a safe and friendly atmosphere.
We deliver our training program online using Zoom as a videoconferencing platform.
How much does it cost?
The program is delivered in 2 semesters
The total fee for the course is 3 500 EURO/semester

The training program includes a performance evaluation where our assessors will review three recorded coaching sessions in each semester and provide written feedback. Participants are required to pass this performance at PCC level by the end of the second semester to receive ACTP certificate.
