Leaders are often led to believe that success leads to happiness, not the other way around. However, the practice of mental fitness demonstrates that a happy brain is more capable, more creative, and more resourceful.

 Discover breakthrough, research-based tools of Positive Intelligence®, that strengthen the part of your brain that serves you and quiet the part that sabotages you. Participants will learn about how to maximize performance and wellbeing by focusing on the root-level mental muscles that impact both.

Your mind is constantly sabotaging your potential for both performance and happiness. All your negative emotions, including stress are the result of self-sabotage. In preparation for the session, participants can reveal their own inner saboteurs using an individual online Saboteur Assessment. We will gain a better understanding through interactive tasks on how Saboteurs work and how to silence them.

It is a superb opportunity to discover how your Avoider, Controller, Hyper-Achiever, Hyper-Rational, Hyper-Vigilant, Pleaser, Restless, Stickler and Victim Saboteur impacts your life.

 

We will also get to know our Sage in the session: we will review 5 Sage Powers which are Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate and Activate.

Participants gain insight into how to build the foundations of their mental fitness by strengthening three critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power from their inner Saboteurs (negative self) to their inner Sage (positive self).

Workshop was developed based on Stanford University lecturer, Shirzad Chamine’s New York Times Bestseller book by an independent Positive Intelligence® Coach.
