MENTAL FITNESS 7 WEEKS PROGRAM BY POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE®

Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice.

For sustained results, we focus on building neural pathways that form lasting new habits. That’s why we call this “Mental Fitness Program”.

During the 6+1 weeks, you get to build a foundation of mental fitness by strengthening three critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your inner Sage (your positive self).

The program combines group coaching support and internationally acclaimed weekly videos from Shirzad Chamine with daily, app-driven individual exercises that enable you to use those muscles for a variety of work and life applications.

Mental fitness requires 3 core muscles:

  1. Saboteur Interceptor MuscleYour Saboteurs generate all your negative emotions, including  stress, anxiety, self-doubt, anger, avoidance, procrastination,  insensitivity or discontent. Mental fitness requires the ability to  intercept and discredit the Saboteurs.
  2. Self-Command Muscle
    Boost your ability to command your mind to quiet the Saboteur region and amplify the Sage region. Using  simple daily exercises, you learn to run your brain, rather than allow your Saboteur-hijacked brain to run you.
  3. Sage Muscle
    Your Sage is the one in you that handles challenges with a clear and calm mind, and positive emotions. Your  Sage accesses 5 positive powers. For peak performance, you learn to boost all 5 powers and know when to  use which power.

On completion of program participants will gain

  • Techniques to develop three core mental muscles that  constitute to mental fitness
  • Ability to use those muscles for a variety of work and life  applications
  • Ability to focus on stress regulation, behavioral thought pattern  rewiring and performance optimization
  • Adaptive resilience skills to navigate uncertainty & increase the  speed of recovery from setbacks
  • Development of 17 out of 18 EQ Competencies
