Who We Are
Business Coach Ltd. is a market-leading Hungarian business coaching and skills development company. Our coaches are highly skilled and experienced professionals with significant business knowledge. Our team includes former executives of multinational companies as well as owners of independent businesses, and most of us are accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the world’s largest coaching organization.
All our trainers and coaches have sworn to the ICF Code of Ethics, and we apply these ethical guidelines in our quality management system.
Our core competency is business coaching: we provide individual, team and group coaching for corporate clients at all levels of the organisation. We have extensive experience in executive coaching for C-level executives both in individual and team setting.
We have experience in delivering coaching as well as training sessions in English: our trainers have led English-language courses for multinational companies in various European countries. For our international partners we offer coaching sessions via Skype in English, German or Hungarian.
In the training and skills development area our focus is developing leadership skills and training business coaches. We have trained forty percent of all ICF-accredited business coaches in Hungary over the past 8 years.
Most of our clients are multinational companies, including Mondelez, TNT, Telenor, Ericsson, Thyssen Krupp, Pepsi, Friesland, Provident, Deutsche Telekom, SAP, Vodafone and many others.

Our Background
Meet Our Team
Laura became a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation in 2020. She was the founder and first president of the ICF Hungary Chapter and has been serving as an Advisory Board member ever since.
She teaches executive coaching at the Budapest Corvinus University. She wrote 8 books about coaching so far; “The Toolful Coach” was translated from English to Arabic as the first Arabic language book on coaching.
She developed the SPARKLE coaching model and the Periodic Table of Coaching Tools. In 2014 she launched a global CSR program in self-coaching: as of today, her self-coaching ebook is translated to 24 languages, making self-coaching tools available to 5 billion people all around the world in their mother tongue.
Bea Bincze has significant experience as a C-level executive of multinational companies in the production and service sector. Later she lead change management projects and talent program. As a committed mentor she is the head of our mentor program. As trainer and business coach, her expertise lies in leadership development, communication and presentation coaching, growth mindset, change management and decision making. As teamcoach she works with teams on improving collaboration achieving goals. She has been a speech coach for TEDx and Forbes conferences. Bea is the Club Growth Director of Toastmasters International District 95 (Nordic Countries, Germany, Austria and Eastern-Europe), and the manager of the PWA – Professional Women’s Association’s mentor program.
She also has qualification in bibliotherapy and developmental tale therapy.
She has nearly 30 years of experience in recruitment and executive search. She acted as a project manager for major clients in the telecommunication, banking, and financial services sectors, working primarily with top to mid-level management positions.
As a trainer, her focus areas are development of the leadership competence, emotional intelligence, personal branding, change management, coaching-oriented recruitment and interview technique, career coaching.
As a senior business coach and an established trainer, she has successfully been using Career coaching approach and Questioning skills and techniques in her practice for years.
His systems approach and ability to synthesise new solutions from context has led to successful projects in the human development of organisations. Gabor believes that understanding how we work facilitates real behaviour change, he is primarily interested in the field of neurobiology. 20+ years of martial arts experience helps him to manage personal stuckness.
He has also gained significant experience as an HR Business Partner, trainer and team coach.
