6 live online sessions  |  12 ICF-accredited Coach Training Hours  |  November 10 – December 15, 2026
Choose the learning. The credits are a bonus.

If you’re an ICF-credentialed coach, you already know that continuing education is part of your professional journey and that collecting the hours you need for credential renewal matters. But why not choose something you’d genuinely enjoy learning?

Explore how to use humor intentionally in coaching, while staying present, creating psychological safety, and helping clients discover new perspectives. You might even laugh along the way.

Coaching is serious work. Does it always have to feel serious?

Think about the last time you and a client laughed during a coaching conversation. Did something shift? Did a new perspective emerge, or did you simply enjoy a moment of genuine connection?

Humor can open possibilities we might otherwise miss, but it isn’t something to throw into a conversation and hope for the best. How do you stay present enough to notice an opportunity, invite humor without imposing it, and respond when it doesn’t land as intended?

That’s what we’ll explore together. You don’t have to be funny. You just have to learn to notice the possibilities.

We’ll start with you and how you show up as a coach: your relationship with humor, your comfort zones, and how presence, energy, openness, and curiosity influence what you notice. From there, we’ll focus on working with humor in coaching conversations, consciously and ethically, in ways that serve the client.

  • Presence and Humergy — Being present with the client and noticing the energy both coach and client bring, creating conditions where humor may emerge.
  • Noticing and choosing — Recognizing unexpected moments, client receptiveness, psychological safety, and when not to intervene.
  • Fun-Framing — Exploring playful reframing, metaphors, exaggeration, and fresh perspectives without minimizing what matters.
  • Humergy Cards — Experimenting with practical questions and tools to support exploration and new ways of thinking.
  • Inviting and adapting — Working with humor naturally, observing the impact, respecting differences, and repairing connection if something misses the mark.
  • Integration — Finding your own authentic way to use humor as a coaching resource.

We won’t be learning to tell better jokes. We’ll be learning to recognize and work with humor when it serves the coaching conversation.

LAUGH, LEARN, EXPERIMENT, REPEAT.

We’ll explore concepts, experiment with tools, practice coaching, exchange feedback, and learn from one another. The real learning happens between sessions, when we try something, notice what happens, and reflect.

Each week, you’ll be invited to choose a small experiment in your coaching practice, peer coaching, or everyday interactions. You can bring your discoveries, questions, surprises, and even the moments that didn’t go as planned back to the group. There is no pressure to be funny or make humor happen; sometimes noticing and choosing not to intervene is the most valuable learning.

You’ll strengthen your ability to stay present, notice opportunities for humor, choose appropriate interventions, use Fun-Framing and other practical tools, and respond sensitively to what happens in the conversation. Most importantly, you’ll have experimented in ways that connect to your own coaching practice.

The goal isn’t to become a funny coach. It’s to become a coach who can use humor by choice, not by chance.

If you’re a professional coach who enjoys learning, experimenting, and discovering new possibilities, you’ll feel at home here. You may already use humor naturally and want to be more intentional, or you may be curious but uncertain how to begin.

No jokes to memorize. No pressure to entertain. And definitely no stand-up comedy exam. Just bring your curiosity, your coaching experience, and a willingness to experiment.

Helping leaders and professionals become more successful through humor, flow, and positive psychology.

I believe that success and well-being belong together. We can achieve ambitious goals, navigate complex challenges, and grow as leaders without making everything harder or more serious than it needs to be.

My coaching philosophy is simple:

“I can’t, and I don’t want to, change you. But if you want to change, I can effectively support you.”

I believe that meaningful growth starts with taking ownership. My role is to challenge and support my clients, help them discover new perspectives and possibilities, and turn their insights into action. But the decision to change, and the commitment to make it happen, belong to them.

As an executive coach, trainer, and leadership development professional, I help leaders and professionals become more effective, strengthen their relationships, navigate change, and find more satisfying ways of working. My approach combines business experience, coaching, positive psychology, humor, and flow.

Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 25 years in multinational organizations, including senior leadership and CFO roles. I understand the realities of business: demanding targets, difficult decisions, organizational change, and the pressure that comes with responsibility. This experience helps me connect coaching conversations with the practical challenges leaders face every day.

Today, I work with executives, leaders, teams, and professional coaches through individual and team coaching, leadership development programs, mentor coaching, supervision, and experiential learning.

Speaking and communication are also important parts of my work. As a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator, I share practical approaches to leadership, coaching, humor, flow, and positive psychology at professional and international conferences. As a TEDx and executive speech coach, I have helped more than 100 speakers and leaders find their message and deliver it more effectively, whether on TEDx and Forbes stages, at professional conferences, or in board meetings.
