Course description: the 30-hour training course.

The SPARKLE course includes the following modules:

  1. The fundamentals of coaching
  2. Questioning skills and techniques
  3. Coaching tools for first 2 phases of SPARKLE coaching model
  4. Coaching tools for last phases of SPARKLE coaching model
  5. Ethics and ICF core competencies

How much does it cost?

The price of the ONLINE course is: 750 Euro+VAT

The price includes:

  • Complete course material in electronic format
  • Each module is presented within a 6-hour workshop (if you are unable to attend a specific module, you are entitled to a 1-hour personal follow-up session with the trainer)

For aspiring internal & business coaches

Duration: 10 days + feedback for 3 recorded coaching sessions, 12. May, 19 May, 26 May, 2 June, 9 June, 16 June, 23 June, 30 June, 7 July, 14 July 2022

Course description: this is a unique program graduates receive ACSTH certificate on coach training as a precondition to ICF credentialing. Graduates of the program may apply for an individual ICF Credential (ACC) via the ACSTH credential application path.

The 63-hour training course + feedback for 3 recorded coaching

Course content

The SPARKLE course includes the following modules:

  1. The fundamentals of coaching
  2. Questioning skills and techniques
  3. Coaching tools for first 2 phases of SPARKLE coaching model
  4. Coaching tools for last phases of SPARKLE coaching model
  5. Ethics and ICF core competencies
  6. Self-awareness, insight into coach-character
  7. Tips and tricks
  8. A Coach’s self-marketing and sales
  9. Coaching exercise with feedback
  10. Exam

3 (pieces) of 20-30-minute audio recordings with their transcripts that have to be sent by e-mail to the address provided. The deadlines of the recordings are: 1st recording to be sent by June 2nd, the second by June 16th, and the third by June 30th. At least one of these audio recordings must reach ACC level

Course description: this is a unique program graduates receive ACSTH/ ACTP (accredited coach training program) certificate on coach training as a precondition to ICF credentialing. This ACTP accredited program is an “all inclusive” training program, including mentor coaching and a performance evaluation process. Graduates of the program may apply for an individual ICF Credential (PCC) via the ACTP credential application path.

The course requires the applicant’s personal attendance. The applicants can miss a maximum of 2 modules, in that case they will receive the course material of that module in electronic form and have the opportunity to consult with the trainer over Skype.

Payment and cancellation policy:

You must appear in person at the programme. The participation fee can be paid in cash or via bank transfer against the issue of an invoice within 15 days to Business Coach Kft.’s bank account number 11705998-21279458 at OTP Bank.

Terms of cancellation:

  • 3 weeks prior to the beginning of the course: no cancellation fee, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded
  • 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the course: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded
  • 1 week prior to the beginning of the course:  10% of the amount paid will be refunded
  • Within 1 week of the beginning of the course: no refund. You will be offered to participate in the same course the next semester.

Further conditions:

Applicants who fail to attend 3 or more modules or do not pay the full amount of the course fee until the end of the course will not receive a certificate and may be excluded from the course.

Conditions for obtaining the certificate:

  • Active participation in the classes.
  • The participants can miss maximum two classes from the theory, practice and consultation classes.
  • 3 (pieces) of 20-30-minute audio recordings with their transcripts that have to be sent between the two Training Weeks by e-mail to the address provided. The deadlines of the recordings are: 1st recording to be sent by July 17th, the second by July 31th and the third by August 14th.  At least one of these audio recordings must be in accordance with the ICF competencies.
    Audio recording #1: the trainers give a written feedback according to
    the 11 competencies.
    Audio recording #2: the participant themselves do their own evaluation
    based on the previous assessment and the trainers provide them with
    feedback.
    Audio recording #3: based on the foregoing the participant evaluates themselves and write an improved version next to all their questions and
    the trainers provide them with feedback.
