Szerződésszegés következményei:
Amennyiben Résztvevő nem teljesíti valamennyi szerződéses kötelezettségét, tanúsítvány átvételére nem jogosult, Képző intézmény kizárhatja Résztvevőt a képzésből.
Amennyiben bizonyítható módon Képző intézmény mulasztása következtében a képzést nem kezdi el vagy a megkezdett képzést nem fejezi be, a Képző intézményt a költségviselő felé a szerződés és megrendelés feltételei szerint köteles eljárni.

Képző intézmény a Résztvevő adatait a képzés idejétől számított nyolcadik év december 31-ig megőrzi.

Mindazok, akik regisztrációjukat nem készítették el a regisztráció felhívására küldött e-mailben megadott határidőn belül, - eleget téve a 2013. évi LXXVII.-ben meghatározottaknak, és a Fktv. vhr.-ben meghatározottaknak – nem jogosultak a fent megnevezett eseményen részt venni.

A „Küldés” gomb megnyomásával elfogadja, hogy a fenti tájékoztatót elolvasta, és tudomásul vette. Ezzel Képző intézmény és Résztvevő között szóbeli szerződés jött létre a képzés megtartására, és az azon való részvételre.

Non-Performance & Breach of Agreement:
In case Participant fails to comply with all contractual obligations, s/he shall not be entitled to receive the Certificate of Completion, and the Training Institution may exclude the Participant from the training program.
In case the Training Institution fails to start or to complete the training program due to a demonstrable failure on its own account, the Training Institution shall be obliged to proceed in accordance with the terms of the contract and/or relevant order.

The Training Institution shall keep record of Participant's data until 31 December of the eighth year following the completion of the training program.
Participants failing to submit a registration by the deadline communicated in the registration email, and thus failing to comply with Hungarian legal requirements, shall be excluded from the training program.
