Közgazdász és angol nyelvi gazdasági szakfordító végzettséget szerzett Pécsett és az Egyesült Államokban, ezután 13 évet dolgozott az Andersen Consulting, később Accenture multinacionális tanácsadó cégnél. Szakterülete a vezetési tanácsadáson belül a humán fejlesztés, szervezetfejlesztés, változáskezelés. Tanácsadói munkája mellett saját fejlesztésű, vállalati igényekre szabott vezetői készségfejlesztő tréningeket tart elsősorban kommunikáció, személyes és csapathatékonyság, együttműködés és motiváció témakörökben.

Társszerzője és lektora a 77 tanulságos történet vezetőkről, coachoktól és tanácsadóktól című könyvnek.

Végzett team és csoport coach, a coaching szemléletű vezetőképzés és vezetés elkötelezett híve.
