Business Coach Ltd.’s SPARKLE COACH TRAINING COURSE will help you in achieving your goals.

On August 28th, 2014 the world’s largest coaching organization, the International Coach Federation (ICF) has officially approved the SPARKLE Coach Training Course (D60) as an equivalent to 60 hours of  Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH). The approved SPARKLE training course complies with all ICF requirements.

The course is based on the Hungarian coaching model, SPARKLE (Situation, Positioning, Alternatives, Route, Key obstacles, Leverage, Evaluation). The course consist of 60 hours of intensive training – some of the classes can also be taken via distance learning. The course is offered in the fall and spring semesters.

Our course is perfect for you if you wish to start a career in coaching, or you simply wish to improve your coaching competency as a manager, director or a Human Resources expert as it is the first step towards an internationally accredited diploma.

Course description

The 60-hour training course is ACSTH accredited.

The course is perfect for those who want to get started in the coaching profession, want to acquire a good a basic knowledge of coaching or wish to use coaching skills in their daily work.

Course content The SPARKLE course includes the following modules:

Coaching basics, Coaching process, phases and tools. Introduction of a large palette of tools used in the first Hungarian coaching model, SPARKLE – including real case studies, Coaching ethics, Coaching contract and ICF competencies, Attracting customers as a coach, self-branding, Practicing coach skills with real clients, Final exam

How much does it cost?

The price of the course is 1490 Eur.

The price includes: complete course material in printed and electronic form

The book: Toolful Coach: SPARKLE coaching model with 150 useful tools and case studies

Each module is presented within a 6-hour workshop (if you are unable to attend a specific module, you are entitled to a 1-hour Skype session with the trainer)
